The 5 Days Uganda Safari Tour is a 4nights/5 days Uganda tour to trek and see gorillas in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and enjoy game viewing in wildlife Queen Elizabeth National Park.
The 5 days Uganda safari covers Uganda’s two great destinations namely; Bwindi Impenetrable National Park – the home to a minimum of 460 Mountain Gorillas suitable for Gorilla trekking, Queen Elizabeth National Park – the home to a range of wild game including the Big four (Lions, Elephants, Leopard & Buffalo), Kazinga Channel- the herb for the biggest number of hippos in the whole world dubbed the Hippos Paradise and the Ishasha sector – the home to the unique tree-climbing lions.
The 5 days Uganda safari includes Lake Bunyonyi as an added destination with a nice evening recreation experience, a boat ride on the second deepest lake in Africa, and community tours around the Lake Bunyonyi.
Pick up from Kampala /Entebbe after breakfast at 6:30am and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park via Fort Portal.
Enjoy the views of Mubende inselbergs, lush Tea estates, Fort Portal town where you will have lunch and the famous Rwenzori Mountains – with snow peaks.
Enjoy an evening game drive in the Kasenyi sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park upon arrival before proceeding to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Undertake game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park’s Kasenyi sector starting at 7 am looking out for Lions, Spotted Hyena, Leopard, Elephant, Buffalo, Defassa water-buck, Topis, Uganda kobs among others.
Queen Elizabeth National Park is also home to 600 bird species some of which you can explore on this trip.
The game drive lasts 3 – 4 hours. In the afternoon, engage in Kazinga Channel boat safari departing at 2 pm from Mweya.
The cruise along the 45km long Kazinga channel lasts for 2 hours offers good views of Lake Edward, aquatics like Nile crocodiles, Hippos, water birds like Cormorants, African skimmers, a range of storks among others.
The wild game tends to come to drink water from the channel and is amazing to explore. Upon return, drive along the channel track with possibilities of exploring wild game en route to the lodge

Depart the lodge after breakfast for Ishasha sector to do a game drive in search of tree climbing lions and other wild game. Settle for lunch after which you proceed on the drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.

It’s a great day dedicated for an adventure encounter with the endangered Mountain Gorillas. Bwindi Impenetrable Forest marked with dense forests, rugged terrain with steep hills and narrow valleys is home to a minimum of 400 Mountain Gorillas thriving in this flourishing natural habitat.
The trek commences at 8am from the respective tracking point, go through briefing and later head to the forest in search of these amazing Great Ape species.
The trek lasts 2 – 8 hours with one hour of actual gorilla viewing. Enjoy the interpretation from the ranger guide and feel free to take photos (Camera flash off).
Return from the activity and slope down to Lake Bunyonyi making enjoying incredible views of the fascinating Kigezi Highlands and the overlooking Virunga Volcanoes.
Spend the evening relaxing at Lake Bunyonyi and do a boat ride to explore this amazing scenic lake (2nd deepest in Africa) with a range of 29 Islands.

Settle for breakfast, and then transfer back to Kampala 437km about 7 hours’ drive. The Safari can as well end in Kigali Rwanda which would be 196km about 4 hours’ drive.
