Day 1 of your 3 days Bwindi Impenetrable National Park Uganda gorilla trekking safari

After meeting and greeting, the guide will brief you on your 3 days gorilla trekking safari in Uganda in general then after start the drive to Bwindi impenetrable national park. You will have a stop 80km from Kampala, at the Equator line for photographs and a memorable double hemisphere experience. After an early morning breakfast at your lodging facility, your driver will pick you up and drive to the park headquarters for briefing gorilla trekking. Briefing by the park rangers on the gorilla trekking etiquette starts at 8:00am and 8 tourists can trek a single group of mountain gorillas. After being allocated a gorilla family to trek according to your physical strength you are provided with a walking stick and you get into the jungle in search of gentle giants. You will spend about 2-5 hours and only 1 hour in sight of the gorillas. After the trek, you will find your driver guide at the park headquarters to drive you back to your lodging facility.

You will have a relaxed breakfast then start the drive back to Entebbe international airport from Bwindi impenetrable national park for your departure flight. Lunch is taken en-route and a stop can be done on any souvenir shop in case you need to purchase crafts. You will proceed to Entebbe international airport where the guide will drop you to the airport to board your flight back home or to your next destination.
